With years of legal practice at the municipal level and a record of professional excellence, Allycia has the qualifications necessary to serve as a judge of the Las Vegas Municipal Court.

Legal Career Built on Service and Results

Allycia began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in North Carolina’s First Judicial District, where she sharpened her litigation and trial skills handling both misdemeanor bench trials and felony jury trials across seven counties. This early courtroom experience grounded her in the real-world practice of law and deepened her commitment to fair and effective justice. 

Since relocating to Las Vegas with her family, Allycia has served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Las Vegas, where she has appeared in all seven Municipal Court departments. Her work includes extensive experience in specialty courts, as well as appellate advocacy in the 8th Judicial District Court, the Nevada Court of Appeals, and the Nevada Supreme Court. These roles have given her broad and practical insight into the complexities of municipal law and the judicial process.
